Each tenant is allotted one shelf for dry, one shelf in the freezer and one shelf in the fridge. There is an area for deliveries, but someone from your staff must be there to accept. One key will be given and you will allotted a certain time for your use. Rent is $1500 a month and a non-refundable cleaning deposit of $500 must be put down. We have yearly or monthly contracts available.
