Equipment includes 4 convection ovens, 8 burners, 2ft flat-top, 2ft charbroiler, 20qt Hobart mixer. Walk-in fridge space available, but no freezer space. There is room for you to bring in a reach-in freezer if you like. Some storage available.
I prefer to share with a specialty food make, candy maker or baker. Absolutely no caterers.
