We are a small sorbet company and are looking at leasing a kitchen space in Los Angeles, and would need to sublease part-time to share with one or two other tenants. The space is at a great location. It is in the heart of the westside in Los Angeles, in Venice CA, has a large walk-in fridge and walk -in freezer. Newly remodeled bathroom, a changing room, and full sinks and counters. It also had a full hood and fire suppression system but no ovens are currently installed. If you wanted an oven you would need to bring one in. Unfortunately there is not grease trap, so it would not provide for a fryer. It is fully approved by the health department for commercial use. We are also putting in a skylight to bring in more light and spacious feeling.
