Hello, I am looking for a small commercial kitchen for rent, or a bakery or restaurant that would like some extra help with the rent each month.  I'm starting a small fudge business, so all I would need is one or two days a month to start.  If the kitchen belongs to a restaurant or bakery, I'd be more than happy to use the kitchen at night time.  I would need access to a refrigerator, preferably a walk-in and maybe a little bit of dry storage.  The kitchen has to be located within Alameda County, California.  I'd love for it to be in Fremont, Hayward, Pleasanton, but really anything in Alameda County would do.  Please let me know if we can work something out that will be profitable for us both.  Thanks! =D
