As needed kitchen for start for at home bakery

I am a baker looking for a space to do baking so I can begin my business. I am looking for a as needed bases as am just starting out and trying to grow my cliental. I work full time so it would need to be a space that is avaliable in the afternoon/ eveing and/or weekends.
