We have a large production space, outfitted as a bakery. We have some limited space available to share with small operations OR you can rent the space we currently use if you're prepared to use it after hours (5pm - 8am.)
We have 2 commercial convection ovens (NOT bread ovens), 60 and 20 qt mixers, floor standing dough sheeter, several stainless steel work tables, limited dry storage and VERY limited cold storage (though we'd consider sharing the cost of installing more refrigeration), candy stove and 6 burner stove.
