I'm looking for a friendly commercial kitchen owner in the Hutchinson area who would be willing to rent your facility to me on a part-time basis. I'm starting a small Tea room in our historic home, and will be serving monthly teas by reservation only, and holding private parties for groups of 10-30 by reservation. I will know the date, times and number of guests well in advance of each event, and am flexible on hours of use. Most prep is making finger sandwiches and baked goods. Can you help me?
