Commercial Bakery Kitchen in LA Available for Late Night Rentals

Commercial Kitchen available for rent.  $18-22/hour. 

About Us
We are a retail bakery.  We use the space from about 7am until 11pm.  You will be able to utilize this Space between the hours of 11pm-7am.

About You:
You need to prepare your food items in a LA County Department of Public Health approved Commercial Kitchen. 

You also need access to ovens, mixers, sheet pans, packaging area, etc., to prepare your items.

About the Rental
For $18-22/hour (rates negotiable when you book multiple hours), you get access to two double convection ovens, two 5 quart mixers, one 30 quart mixer, 1 large induction burner (for stovetop cooking), coffee maker, stainless steel prep table, walk-in cooler to store your items while you cook/bake.  You'll also get access to all Health Department permits required to bake/cook food for sale in LA County and at ALL LA County Farmer's Markets. 
 

You'll be responsible for purchasing your own ingredients and baking pans/dishes.  If you decide to rent the space, you'll have to provide me with all of your contact information, a copy of your driver's license, 2 references.  This is for the security of my bakery.  It's all standard. :)
