We are currently seeking individuals interested in leasing commercial kitchen space, deli space and related office space in the heart of downtown Everett, WA. Looking for
* Full-time or Part-time renters
* A limited # of renters that will commit to a year
* Renters who are willing to invest up front in exchange for compensation
* Chefs, caterers, bakers, chocolate makers, cake designers, bakers,
* A deli operator interested in a partnership
The goal is to have a group of different areas of expertise so that each can help each other grow. Such as the caterer purchase a wedding cake from the cake designer etc. Also to have some locking areas for small amounts of specific equipment and to have a meeting area for you and your potential clients.
