Commercial Kitchen Needed-Lake Norman Area

I am looking to lease a commercial kitchen for my catering business.  Prefer already licensed, however, I am willing to consider permitting on my own if you have a fully equipped commercial kithen that is not currently permitted/licensed.  As my business is just starting up, my need is on a part time or hourly basis.  Will consider monthly if necessary.  Looking in Lake Norman, or North Charlotte area.  Thank you.
