A group kitchen is being opened in Everett target date to be open and running by the end of June 2009.  We are currently seeking renters for the space. 
Rental includes
* Flat rate for full -time users 20+ hrs a week or Hourly rate for casual users
* Access to refrigeration
* Grills, ovens, Lg Horbart mixer, Steamer,  small equipement such as food processors, cutting boards, mixing bowls, plastic storage containers etc
* Storage
* Each renter will have a place on the web-site
* WFI work space w/ printer to print menus on site etc
* Meeting space for you and your clients
* Catering Event Space for 25-30 guests
* In the heart of downtown business area
* In house training programs for local non-profit groups which will also develope a staff pool if you need extra staff
* Business leads for catering related services to be developed through marketing and web-site.
* Rental of catering equipment on-site (chaffers, props, vases, platters)
