Commercial Kitchen space needed to rent near Land O Lakes, FL.

Attempting to start a Bake To Order Cake business, and looking to keep cost down in the beginning. We would love to rent space from a commercial kitchen on an "as needed" basis as orders come in. It would need to be inspected so we can properly start the business with the food permits. Thanks for anyones help, thoughts, or suggestions!
