Commercial Kitchen Space Wanted in Santa Barbara

We are a small artisan bean-to-bar chocolate company in Santa Barbara in need of kitchen space!!

Our needs are pretty simple: approximately 12 hours a week, mainly evenings and weekends, (and this can be broken into 3-4 hours at a time) and some space for equipment storage. Would prefer something long term if possible but we are totally flexible.
