Commerical Kitchen for mixing spices

Looking for a commercial kitchen to mix spices. Only need a small space (~4x5 table) and can sublet if needed while rest of kitchen is being used by another. Would need to rent in 4 hour blocks about 1-2x per month. No equipment or cooking materials needed. Must be certified commercial kitchen that is liscensed. I have my own insurance. Please included rates in correspondence.
