The kitchens are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on a first come first serve basis. Kitchens can be reserved for one time use, by the hour for the holiday, cooking classes, festivals or long term use. Recurring time slots are also available for the entire month. Each kitchen is equipped with: stainless steel prep tables, storage racks, prep and three compartment sink, convection, mircowave and standard oven, six burner stoves, refrigerator, freezer, 20 quart Hobart mixer, and deep fryers .
