custom bakery in need of kitchen rental/sublease

small custom bakery is coming to the end of a sub-let agreement. seeking a commercial kitchen in the Phoenix/Tempe area.
Needs:
- access to room temp storage as well as fridge/freezer space. just a metro shelf or two, plus a shelf in fridge & freezer.
- Reliable convection oven.
- Access to kitchen at all hours - I am happy to work around your schedule but request permission to work at odd hours as well as some flexibility on your part if I have a dire need to use the space at the same time you do... this business doesn't quite pay the bills yet and I need to work around my day job.
