Currently seeking individuals who would be interested in leasing a commercial kitchen in Everett, WA. Also looking for a landlord who might be interested in being part of this as a investor.
The concept is to pool a diverse group of individuals with different talents that could be utilized by other tenants. The plan also includes a meeting area for you and your potential clients and possibly a deli where items produced by tenants could be sold.
