Do You need to lease your Commercial Kitchen Space (Carry-out, Restaurant, Deli etc.)
We are a licensed, insured, established catering business in search of a built out  warehouse space with commercial kitchen. Must be approved for catering use or deli/ restaurant.  Can be warehouse type space or retail storefront space in Prince Georges County.  I am looking for a 9 month lease starting August 2009 with option for extension/ renewal.  The space must be equipped with working equipment and approved by the county.  4-6 Burner range, convection oven with capacity for four or more full sized sheet pans, walk in refrigeration and freezer, dishwasher, three compartment sink.  Unit must also have storage space for dry goods and equipment.
