Group Commercial kitchen Startup

 I am in the process of opening a group commercial kitchen in Arlington and I am looking for partners-individuals willing to commit to a year- and hourly/monthly rentors. 

The kitchen would be open by the end of the year.

The kitchen will have ample refridgeration, gas range, fryer, convection oven, large mixer and small mixer, food processors, pans, ample storage,  work space and loading docks for large trucks. BUT IT IS NOT JUST A KITCHEN over 2 years as early as next summer it will have a Hall (seats 120), a store front and a patio space (seats 150). 

This is a historical barn with lots of room to grow and expand.

My vision to create a meeting space with all the services one needs to have a wedding, memorial or party in one space! But I need key people in different areas of expertise ie cake decorator, chocolate makers, pastry chefs, ethenic food producers, florist, etc.
