KITCHEN RENTAL FACILITY COOKING, BAKING, & CATERING

We are a Health Department Approved Facility.. 3000 sq. feet. 

The kitchen cost starts at a monthly minimum rate of $285.00 per month. That includes 10 hours of usage per month, dry storage space, and walk-in refrigerator space, After the minimum hours are used up, you may rent the kitchen at the rate of $18.00 per hour. If an excess amount of hours are needed every month, special rates are available. If you do not require 10 hours per month, there is no refund, or carrying over hours to the next month. There will be a refundable security deposit needed upon signing our contract.
