kitchen to rent or share in Southeastern MA

I am a cake baker/decorator looking to rent, sublease, share, coop space. Have experience in commercial kitchens and ocmmercial equipment and sanitation requirements. Need access to ovens mixers (if u have them) and refrigeration.
