Looking for Commercial Kitchen to Rent in Will County, IL

Hello, I am starting my own dessert delivery business and would like to find a commercial kitchen to rent and store my desserts. I live in University Park, IL and I am looking for a location within a 25 mile radius. I will need a facility that is already certified with local health inspectors. I have a valid Food Service Sanitation License. I am looking to use the facility 6-8 hours a day, 1 - 2 days a week. I am also looking for minimal freezer storage space, if available.
