I am looking for off-hours time (early morning before 8 am) in a commercial kitchen within 20 miles of Petaluma. Very small start-up baking company doing custom cakes and some small confections. Minimal storage space needed. Only equipment I require is a mixer and an oven! I need the rent and initial deposit to be low or the ends won't justify the means, if you smell what I'm cookin'.

I have product liability insurance and food handler's certificate.
