Looking for kitchen space in Carver County

Hello-
We are a wedding cake company currently located in Carver County. We lease kitchen space but are looking for another location that is more permanant (our current situation is just temporary). We use the kitchen abotu 10-20 hours a week, but are trying to grow our business so that usuage should go up. We need commerical oven space to cook full sheet cakes and refrigeration and freezer space.
We can pay a flat monthly rate or provide baked goods (cakes, cookies, bars, muffins, upscale dessert items) in barter for payment. We are looking for something in Carver county and we are pretty flexible on the hours we need the kitchen as most of our orders are placed well in advance.
This would be the perfert way to help cover some fixed costs if you are not always using your kitchen or to get some high-quality product to sell in your coffee shop, restaurant or cafe in exchange for use of kitchen space. We are licensed with the state of MN and have solid customer base, so we may even be able to bring some customers your way if you are a caterer. We do not have any employees and there would only be the two partners of the business utilizing the space, no employees, customers or visitors unless this is discussed and agreed upon in advance.
We would like to stay in Carver county in towns such as Waconia, Norwood Young America, Cologne, Mayer, New Germany, Lester Prairie, Victoria, Chaska, or Chanhassen but are open to other locations.
