Need A Commercial Kitchen?

I am in the planning process of a group kitchen in Everett.  I am currently looking at a building that would provide 2-3 kitchens

Kitchen #1 Full Catering Kitchen- Grill/4 burner stove, baker depth convection oven, food prep sinks, deep fat fryer, 20 qt mixer, 7x7 walk-in, 1-2 hot holding/proofing units,  18+ ft of table space, charbroiler and 2 microwaves!

Kitchen #2 Double stack Convection oven, 4burner stove, 20qt mixer, Freezer, 6x6 walk-in, prep sinks, Cooling racks, 2 door sandwich prep table, 2 door refridgerator, and 3 6ft prep tables!

Kitchen #3 future like Kitchen #2 but no walk-in.

Also would include storage space, a client meeting/sales area, dishpit, pots, pans, speed racks, robo-coups,  cutting boards, sales leads from our web-site. ice machine, large roasters, etc  -to much to list!

Rates will be hourly or a full-time or part-time monthly rate. Storage will be available to the first who want it.

If we get enough interest we could be open with the first kitchen as early as the end of April with the 2nd kitchen coming in the next month.
