I need a commercial kitchen to rent to pass health inspection requirements for my mobile concession trailer.  I only plan to work 1-2 weekends a month at events and will need food storage space and access to the kitchen approximately 10 hours per month for food prep.  I previously owned a restaurant in Fayetteville, NC and I am trained in food service preparations and food safety.
