I am looking to rent a kitchen. I have a uniqie set of needs though. I own a company called "Grandpa Andersons" and we sell smoked salmon. So far we have been pretty small time but we are about to become a vendor for several natural food stores and will need to be spending considerably more time in the kitchen now. Here's what were looking for...we need an area inside to prep, package, and store, and an area outside to smoke the fish. Would you be able to accomadate that? If not, would you know of anyone who can? Thanks,
