We are 3 women with a lunch delivery service for the OC area.  We need a small space to prepare sandwiches and salads. The space needs to meet current health code requirements.  We DO NOT DO ANY COOKING so we do not need to use the oven or the stove, but we need refrigerator and dry storage space.  Our hours would be 7 days per week from appx 7am to 2pm.  We have $2M in liability insurance and have all the proper licenses.
