NEED USDA Inspected Commerical Kitchen

Hello,
I am looking to take my unqiue meat-chili product to market, but am in need of a commerical kitchen space (part-time, evenings are fine) that is USDA compliant along with regular state health requirements. I am in the Los Angeles area, although would be willing to seek kitchens in and out of state as these are more difficult to find.
