Needing commercial kitchen in Inland Empire

I am looking for a commercial kitchen space to rent for a few hours a week to start.  I am starting a unique bakery business and need a kitchen to test my pastry/cake recipes.  I am looking at the Riverside, Moreno Valley, Redlands, etc area.  I need either early evening (5-9 pm) or weekends to start.
