I am an up and comer, not new to the business. For liability issues and concerns(laws) I need to have the ability to rent commercially licensed kitchen space for various different events. If any one knows of such a space in the Orange County, Ca area that would be great. I also want to know of different kitchens for rent in the San Diego, L.A., and Inland Empire areas as well.
