Is there a need in the Tampa Bay area for a Cooperative Kitchen?  My thought is to open a commercial kitchen that can be rented out on an hourly basis, 24/7.  it could be available for personal chefs, small catering companies, people trying to break into the food business, and even cooking classes/parties.  Thank you for helping with the market research on this project!
