I am starting catering business and wish to build slowly so I can operate my business debt free.  I am looking for a commercial kitchen in the KC metro area or Lawrence (Olathe would be ideal).  I have six years of experience in the food and beverage industry so I am familar with food safety guidlines and I will work hard to maintain a clean facility.
