Seeking legal food service kitchen

Im wanting to be a part time cake decorator and I need a legal certified kitchen to rent.  I am located in Redding CA.  I have most of my own supplies and dont mind transporting per use, or if there is a storage area I could keep my personal baking items in that would be wonderful.  Please write back if you have a kitchen for rent with price, hours and days its available.  And all that the kitchen has to offer, Thank you.
