Seeking to Rent Commercial Kitchen in St. Charles County, MO

Hello,
I am interested in starting up a cupcake shop in St. Peters/St. Charles, MO. However, I am finding that the rent for retail spaces in these towns is not very affordable for startup business. I also know that the City of St. Peters will not allow me to operate from my home without completing major renovations to my home kitchen, etc. Therefore, I was hoping to get started in a commercial kitchen, so I can save up some money to open a retail store in the future, while getting my product out there. Please let me know if you are interested in helping a fellow entrepreneur get started.
