We have a commercial kitchen with state of the art commercial appliances. The kitchen is approx 3650 sq ft and has a large fridge, freezer and storage area. Each tenant is allotted one shelf for dry, one shelf in the freezer and one shelf in the fridge. Your name is labeled on the shelf and we ask that you lable all of your product with your name to avoid any confusion. There is an area for deliveries, but someone from your staff must be there to accept. One key will be given and you will allotted a certain time for your use. We will accommdate your schedule needs to the best of our ability.
Rent is $1500 a month and a non-refundable cleaning deposit of $500 must be put down. We have yearly or monthly contracts available. Yearly guarantees you will be locked in at $1500 for that year where as with monthly you will be subject to rate increases. With yearly we do ask for first and last month upon signing of contract.
