Shared Kitchen Partnership

Currently seeking individuals who are looking for a shared, licensed, commercial kitchen facility in the metro Atlanta area; and who might be interested in partnering together to establish such a facility to use and rent to others.
If we pool our resources, ideas and services, we can limit individual over-head expense for many of us with culinary dreams.
I have most of the equipment (except exhaust hood), which will be my investment to the joint venture.
Is there a landlord with a ?restaurant shell? who might be interested in providing a location as an investment? Or perhaps you have an existing restaurant sitting empty and you?re trying to sell it, which can be your investment to the joint venture.
