SMALL COMMERCIAL KITCHEN NEEDED IN LA OR SFV -- CAN SHARE OR GO ALONE

We have a small catering company that needs a commercial kitchen to share with another catering company or perhaps a bar with an unused kitchen.  Looking in the Greater Los Angeles Area and San Fernando Valley.  Need the Kitchen ASAP.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
