Small-scale commercial chocolate maker wanted

I'm interested in selling dark chocolates under my own brand. I have some basic ideas for the products, but I don't have any expertise in making candy commercially. I'm looking for a company in the Kentucky area that can make the chocolates for me and package them in nice boxes (shrinkwrap) with my brand. At least I'm wondering how expensive of a project that would be. I would need to operate on a fairly small scale, at least in the beginning. Any replies appreciated. Thanks.
