I placed an ad a couple of months ago. In case you missed it , here are the basics. I am looking to lease a space for my food business and am finding they are hard to come by and are usually quite expensive. Through talking with other persons who are also starting small food companies I am finding their  challenges are pretty much the ones I am running into. So my idea is to try a sort of co-operative venture with 3 or 4 or maybe more people all sharing a common kitchen space. I am very flexible as to times of the day and days I would need to use the space, the other person that has so far comitted  to going forward with me is also very open to flexible hours and days.
