Wanted: commercial kitchen rental in Pasadena

I'm starting a small bakery business and I am looking to rent a commercial kitchen by the hour. I finished my degree from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, I have a current ServSafe Food Safety food handling certificate, and my bakery business is fully insured.
I would like to rent a commercial kitchen part-time either nights or weekends. I'd prefer a place in the San Gabriel Valley but I'm willing to travel. I will completely work around your schedule.
If your church, school, restaurant, or community organization has a commercial kitchen that is sitting idle, this would open an additional revenue stream for you. We could work out a deal with your commercial kitchen sharing a percentage of my profits or a flat fee (or both).
